Potatos Smiles Fries
Ingredientes
Potato 1large boiled
Salt 1tbs
Chili powder , black pepper 1/2tbs
Cornflour 3tbs
Oil for deep frying
Method
Boiled potatoes ko mash karain
Phir ek bowl main sab ingredients dal kar achay se mix kar lain
Mix karty karty dough ki shape ajay gi...phir dough ko 1 hour liyr fridge main chill karny rakh dain.... now divide the dough into equal portions ..Shape each portin into a smooth ball
Takre ball flatten it out now use a strw to make two eyes md spoon for smile
Heat oil for deep frying drop the smiles into hot oil nd fry till it is crispy. ..drain in cooking tissue and serve with ketchup. ..
